Legal framework for using the engineering platform
These Terms of Use govern the relationship between RIX Ground Engineering GmbH, Hacklring 6, and the user of the platform rixgroundengineering.com. The subject is the provision of specialist information, planning aids, and technical documents for engineers and construction project managers.
The platform serves exclusively for information and support in the planning and implementation of infrastructure, construction, and engineering projects. No binding advice or legally binding offer is provided.
The user receives a simple, non-transferable right to use the content provided on the platform for their own professional purposes. Any commercial reuse, reproduction, or public accessibility requires prior written consent.
The user is obliged to keep their access data confidential and to inform the operator about unauthorized use.

The law of the Republic of Austria applies. The place of performance and jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, the registered office of the operator at Hacklring 6.
Should a provision of these Terms of Use be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In place of the invalid provision, a valid regulation that comes closest to the economic purpose shall apply.
