From the initial consultation to turnkey implementation – four clear steps for your construction project.
Together we capture your requirements, check the feasibility on site and define the technical framework conditions.
Our team creates detailed designs, structural calculations and a realistic schedule for the approval phase.
We coordinate the trades, monitor the construction work and ensure compliance with all standards.
After completion, the technical acceptance, handover of as-built plans and final project documentation take place.
From feasibility studies to construction supervision – we support your infrastructure project with technical depth and practical experience.
Subsoil investigation, foundation advice, and recommendations for load-bearing construction methods. We analyze soil profiles, groundwater conditions, and settlement risks.
Sound planning basis
Hydraulic calculation, dimensioning of pipes and manholes, creation of existing and design plans. Consideration of heavy rainfall events.
Future-proof drainage
Condition assessment according to DIN 1076, structural recalculations, development of repair concepts using modern composite materials such as carbon concrete.
Extended service life
Integration of shallow geothermal energy, heat pumps, and PV systems into development planning. Economic comparison and permit support.
Reduced operating costs
Model-based planning for civil engineering projects, clash detection, data management, and interface coordination between trades and specialist planners.
Efficient construction process
Legal and technical clarifications regarding our services
By load-bearing ground, we mean a subsoil that, according to DIN 1054, can absorb the planned loads of a structure without significant settlement or shear failure. The assessment is always based on the available soil investigation. Deviations from this definition require a separate written agreement.
Yes, our planning and consulting services expressly include the reinforcement and renovation of existing structures. The structural calculations are adapted to the actual condition of the existing building. Liability for hidden defects that were not recognizable at the time of commissioning is excluded.
We work according to the currently valid Eurocodes (EN 1990 to EN 1999) as well as the national application documents (DIN‑EN). For special cases, such as historical building fabric or innovative construction methods, we agree bindingly on the applicable regulations in advance. Without a deviating agreement, the versions valid at the time of the offer creation apply.
An indicative price is a non-binding estimate based on the boundary conditions known at the time of the inquiry. It serves as an initial orientation and does not replace a detailed offer. You will receive binding cost information only after submission of all required documents and a soil investigation.
If different ground conditions become apparent during construction, we will inform you immediately. The resulting additional costs and schedule shifts will be invoiced based on actual effort. A flat-rate assumption of risk by us is not part of the scope of services.
